Described as centered, genuine, and empathetic, Dr. Love focuses on providing treatment to teens and adults in a therapeutic atmosphere that focuses on genuinely welcoming the client no matter what the circumstances and creating a safe space to discuss issues as they arise in session. Dr. Love believes strongly in a holistic framework to overall health and wellbeing. While much of the world is seemingly speeding up, Dr. Love has a focus on slowing down and enjoying the little things as they come our way. This mindfulness-based approach is central to overall health and wellness.
In addition, Dr. Love welcomes a discussion of spirituality and the integration of faith and psychology in session. At times, our spiritual health is negatively affected by other issues and/or problems that happen in our lives. By giving individuals an opportunity to discuss these issues openly, it gives clients the space to explore issues that may have stayed hidden otherwise.
Diagnostic clarification is also a specialty of Dr. Love. Through a detailed interview and assessment (as needed), he is able to determine the focus in terms of treatment planning while receiving therapy services. In addition, he is able to complete thorough differential diagnosis to provide real answers to issues that are complex and difficult to manage without professional
guidance/assistance.
